@Hazel78 I think you are a bit confused. It sounds like it is Inquiry messages you are talking about, not bookings. Inquiries are just that- potential guests contacting a host to ask questions. Some go ahead and actually book, some you never hear from again.
@Hazel78 The ball is in their court to accept after you've given a pre-approval. Building off of @Dora31's comment, to save you some time you can keep a generic answer handy and just paste it as a message to the guest. Maybe something like this... "Thanks for your inquiry. Now that I've accepted your stay, don't forget to finalize your reservation. If you have any other questions beforehand, please feel free to reach out!"
@Hazel78, if you pre-approve, don’t block the days. So other people can make the booking. There are many guests who are sending various inquiries and choosing the best option.
