A guest has confirmed his stay, but I keep receiving mails with "pre-approve/decline" notifications. And we have exchanged a number a messages, the dates in Calendar are confirmed... I supposed it is a system bug?
Did she book after you choose pre-approve on the initial inquiry ?
Or did you sent her special offer which she accepted ?
Then only sent 1 answer within the 24 time limit, like "already confirmed" and after that remove inquiry from dashboard.

They did book and confirmed within 24 hours anyways, no special offer, I seem to not find the initial inquiry on dashboard... I think it should be fine.
