I try to contact with Airbnb but cannot find the windows.
One guest made reservation for 2/14 to 2/21 but they message me that accutury they will stay on 6/18 to 9/6. I told them to revised their reservation. but they did nothing. I ask them revise or cancel again but still no answer till time expired.
then you know what happen? I got email from Airbnb said cancel my superhost, turn off my listing.
Anyone can tell me how to talk to Airbnb or any suggestion?
I don't quite understand what has happened from what you have written, but if you want to contact BNB check out 2nd post under the Community Help forum.
I can't see how a guest wanting to alter dates would make BNB say you will lose superhost status unless for some reason you decided to cancel the booking.
