reservations waiting on verification

Hi All, 

Hopefully someone can help a newbie,  I have a guest that is trying to book a weekend, and when I check my calander, it says 

waiting on verification.  And that he has 12 hours to verifiy.  But his profile shows 5 verifications? So why can he not book it?

The guest has 12 hours to complete the verificaiton process which includes many steps.  It's holding the reservation on your listing because you have asked for guests only with a Verified ID, Government ID or both to be able to book with you.  He is missing one of these items or Airbnb is trying to verify that the verifications are real.
