Hello everyone,
I just received a booking from a guest for a couple of days.
Instead of Accepting or Declining, as in those days there may be something different from my house description, I send the guest a message to make sure that he knows it and he's ok with it, just to be clear about it.
Now, I still have 4 hours to accept or decline or my resonse rate will be impacted by it, but I can't do it as I need a reply from my guest. What can I do?
I have the same issue. I feel the response rate should go back to 24 hrs when you respond to a guest.
Hello Manuel & Kristen - you could send them another response message saying you need to hear back from them in order to move forward. This puts the ball back in their court I beleive. Best regards, Roger
