response rate rating

Hi,

Perhaps I missed it but I cannot find a contact email or phone number to speak to someone at airbnb.

I have a low response rate rateing that is inaccurate.

I did return correspondence to people who contacted me about dates that were not available, but because I didn't know fully how the website worked it would seem my text messages were not logged by the system.  So now I have a response rate that is quite poor.

just looking to fix this so it is accurate.
