reviewing a guest

i have recieved notification from Airbnb about writing a review for a guest who checked out today. but the necessary page is not opening on either my phone or laptop. can anyone help?

@Kwaku1  I don't use the app, so can't advise on that. On the laptop- go to your hosting page, click on "Messages" in the top bar, the drop down box should have that notice to review. Click on that, and should take you to the review page.
