rules and compliance delhi

Hi All,

I am planning to let out an apartment in Delhi on Airbnb, could someone guide me if there are any rules that i should. It it necessary to register in the Bed and Breakfast scheme?

This legislation is for hosts letting part of their own homes.  The main hurdle seems to be the ability to serve food - but you don't have to provide food for Airbnb guests.  And the legislation stipulates 'attached bathroom'.

It doesn't sound simple!
