second listing / pros and cons

hi,  We are thinking of listing a second property at a different address on Airbnb and I was wondering if there were benefits to putting the new listing in my name (already used for the existing listing) OR if we should list it in my wife's name? We kinda share the hosting workload anyway... Otherwise are there any pitfalls or other things I need to consider with a 2nd listing? Thanks

@Jeremy129 if you add it to your existing account, it will be a listing from a Superhost right from the start.

Having 2 listings might make it easier to keep your average rating up.
