security deposit refund

Hi, 

Could someone tell me how long it takes for the security deposit to be refund to the customers? We've had some customers 14 days ago and the refund of the security deposit hasn't been done yet...

We have two types of security deposit these days, on your listing its a host security deposit and this is not charged to the guest, its an amount that airbnb might try to charge the guest if you have problems.
