Can I set my AirBnB listing to allow Saturday to Saturday bookings only during peak periods and, say, minimum 3 days at other times?  (Note I also use HomeAway/Owners Direct - who are rubbish by the way - and their settings allow Saturday check-in, but any day check-out, once you've stayed the minimum 7 days.  This is stupid, totally illogical, because you end up with gaps you can't take a booking for!)

Hola @Gareth22!

The short answer to your question is, “YES!”

First, I’m sorry you are having such a bad experience with the other on-line marketing, and hospitality service providers.  Luckily you have Airbnb!

Her is how to set custom or seasonal pricing.

Nightly pricing

You can set custom prices for any individual night or set of nights.

  1. Go to Manage Listing and Calendar on the listing you want to edit
  2. Select any upcoming day or set of days
  3. Set your nightly rate
  4. Click Save changes

You’ll see your custom nightly prices on your calendar.

Pricing for specific weeks or months

You can account for seasonal demand or local events like a conference or festival by setting custom prices for specific weeks or months.

  1. Select the listing you want to edit
  2. Go to Pricing settings in the upper right-hand corner
  3. Under Discounts, click the link to set custom weekly or monthly rates
  4. Set your custom weekly or monthly rates
  5. Save by clicking Apply

Custom weekly and monthly prices will override your normal nightly, weekly, and monthly prices, as well as custom nightly prices you’ve saved on your calendar.

If you have custom pricing set for specific weeks or months you'll see a notification on your Pricing page, in the Long-term pricing section.

At Izah (Izzie): It seems to me that you didn't quite understand the question asked. Read more carefully next time - less pasting and spamming, more thinking. (And edit: it seems that your profile URL is faulty)

@Gareth22 There is no tool like that, but you might play a trick of the trade by setting the minimum and maximum stay at 7 nights. Check that out because it seems to be the only reasonable way round.
