sink repair

My tenant  locked the sink crusher with a spoon. Do I have to charge the repair?

No, you do not have to charge a repair fee.

Do you mean the garbage disposal?  Easy fix ,pull out the item take the little crank that would have come with it put it in the slot underneath turn a couple times press the reset button (if there is one).
