solo guests

I am a new host. I have question dealing with single male guest. Of cause that could happen to single female guests too. I just had a single male guest who brought a girl to his room saying "talking with my friend", but i think they will not only talking. Can I add a rule to avoide this situation? Or this is already a rule of airbnb?  If a single guest met a girl or boy in a bar and brought back to home in the evening, even bring diferent girls or boys to my home, what I can do?

In your house rules, be sure to say something like this: "No unbooked visitors or additional guests are allowed on the premises without prior agreement with the host." And also let them know that if they break the house rules, they will have to leave without a refund.
