status of reservation

I received a reservation, but then another update from Airbnb that appears to cancel the reservation. I've tried contacting airbnb directly but that appears pretty much impossible, the "help pages' just run you in circles, so here i am. Here's the string

I've deleted some of the info that is populated for security reasons

Don't know if the reservation is still on, or cancelled as it appears to be

How can I determine the status?

It does appear the guest booked and then changed their mind. Go to your calendar and check the dates to see if the days are still blocked out. If not, then it is indeed cancelled. This scenario is not unusual.
