I have an old customer who made a negative comment.

 

I fixed the issue over a year ago, yet the comment remains.

 

Airbnb said they would remove it, but hasn't.

 

Is there a way to remove it manually?

I'm surprised Airbnb said they would remove it. Reviews don't ever get removed unless they contain personal information or are inappropriate/rude etc. I assume you're referring to the german guest, there's nothing in the review that is any of the above, just a small complaint. I wouldn't worry about it too much, you're other reviews are great.
