Aloha....  Anyone know how to get in touch with the superhost commitee to find out why I didn't recive superhost status this time.  According to my stats, I have qualified the last 2 deadlines but haven't recieved it either time.  I just want to see if there is a reason. Can anyone out ther enlighten me?

Aloha Brittany, thank you for replying.  I don't see it on my page and my stats say to keep going and I'll recieve it next time in June.  Are you sure?

When I look at your profile you have the superhost badge. On further inspection though, I've found the same thing on my own page. It seems many other hosts are also currently posting about this. I'm hoping something is going on. It would be really lame if there were hidden criteria for super host that they didn't tell us about. All the hosts that are posting about this, also meet the criteria.

Brittney... right after you told me that, I went back to my dashboard and there was a big note "Welcome back Linda! Your'e not just a host... your'e a Superhost!  I don't see the badge on my profile or on "manage my listing" but when I log off, and log in as a guest looking for a place, I do see the badge with my pic.  So thank you Brittney for taking the time to look and reply.

I spoke with Airbnb and my issue was resolved. My superhost staus is back and running.
