superhost

Is there some hidden requirement to be a superhost?  I started hosting July 2016. My stats page says I was not meeting requirements on 14th October even though all of my requirements were more than met - 11 reviews in 3 months then (now 14) , 100% Commitment, 100% Response and 4.9% overall rating (my towels were too new and fluffy). What am I missing?

The only thing that I see is that you didn't have 10 reviews on any one place, but instead they are divided between two properties. Could that be the reason? Maybe more experienced hosts can confirm or deny this hypothesis.

@Wendy117@Susan151 Yes, the qualifying stats for Super Host have to be on one listing, not a combination of listings.  So if a host has 3 listings, one of them has to qualify on it's own.

Also, there is another stat that doesn't show up on the stats page and that is at least more than half of your guests must have left a review.

Thank you Clare.  Yes it was only 8 reviews for single property so that explains it.  As for the requirement that half of the guests must leave feedback, hopefully airbnb will take the same path as ebay in the future when they switched to assuming that customers who left no feedback were happy - as unhappy customers always leave feedback.
