synchronise calendar

Help, I want to be able to synchronise my calendar with an external calendar and add other rental calendars,  but not sure how to do this.  I have downloaded Ical but it does not seem to work, I am a novice at this so any suggestions would be appreciated.

May well depend on which calenday you are using, I synced to Google and it was fairly simple, seems to update daily.

I dont seem to be able to synch with my owners direct/ home away calendar. I have copied the url into the box but it does not respond. Any ideas?

Hi, my husband has programmed an app for Android and iOS that can be used without any problems. We use it to synchronize various ical-based calendars (Airbnb, booking, etc.). Works well.
