syncing information between laptop and smart phones

Hello Everyone! Why won't the air bnb website update my inbox read and unread messages? I tend to mainly use my LG smart phone for all hosting work but when I log into my air bnb account on my Macbook, it shows that all messages are unread. I feel like this leaves my account appearing unused (and therefore not viewed). Would really appreciate some insight!

This is a known issue and not unique to you. I would assume it will be corrected soon.   If you want to log a bug, you can do so here:
