syncronize my calender

Hi! I have booking.com reservations also and the calendar syncronized diretly between the two platforms. I experienced problems with the syncronization for the last couple of hours. All my booking.com reserveations disappeared from the airbnb calendar and new guests are making reservations for dates which should be blocked... I had to unlist all my properties until the problem is solved. Any idea whats going on??

I've seen a few reports of this, apparently booking.com has a bug that they are working on.

Andreas, indeed this a problem from Booking.com 

This is their response to my inquiry:

"There currently is a bug out with our Calendar systems where our Partners can not Export Calendar or Sync accurately on other platforms.
We have our technical team currently working hard on trying to resolve this issue. When they have resolved they will send out a message to all of our partners stating so."

 

So all we can do is wait, unfortunately.

Instead of delisting the property i deactivated instant booking for now.

It started working for me, do a manual sync and see if it's ok for you as well. No need to delete/reimport the booking.com ics file.
