@Sally505 this is a community of hosts and guests who try to help each other with informations they have access to. We don't have access to people's profiles or listings. There are admins here who oversee the threads and responses here and maintain the order. We discuss on things connected with Airbnb and hosting but Airbnb employees don't respond to questions and requests here.
