I'm asking on behalf of my husband who recently set up a new account and sent a travel credit link to his mum. She used that link to set up an account and went on a trip.
But it has been two months and there is no credit that appeared on my husband's account.
Is it because he hasn't taken a trip yet? Surely the credit should be there waiting as I have seen it with my account.
Any help that the community can give me would be most appreciated .
i had referred a friend who register as guest for 1st time and confirmed had succeed a trip. BUT Seem like NO Travel credit was key in into my account.
