trying to limit short term vacation rentals in Victoria, BC

Hi There,

Is there a way to send an email to all owners/managers in Victoria, BC? There is a city hall meeting tomorrow (Thursday) at 630pm where they wish to ban all short term vacation rentals even those in transient zoned buildings.  I know that VRBO sent an email to all owners so I'm hoping airbnb can send a message to all owners in Victoria that advertise through their website.  It will be to all of our benefit to have as many owners/managers show up at this meeting.
