tx messages from my phone not being recieved by guests

Hi I've been hosting for over a year and have always been able to answer my guests question via text message from my nokia mobile. However, my last two guests have not been recieving my messages even though I recieve their messages as texts through to my mobile? When I log on to airbnb via a computer my responses to guests don't show up in the conversation history either!?

So there seems to be an issue with my connection through airbnb but have not found a way to contact airbnb directly to sort this out...can any one help?

@Malexander0 Check your mobile outbox and see if the sms was sent if no contact Airbnb on the following number United Kingdom: +44 203 318 1111. Good luck!!!
