unable to publish the listing

i hve a question. i am trying to list my father house one room. but it says something about payout and is not able to list it . i spoke to airbnb help they have already taken 2 days to try to resolve it, . so my query is that till the bank account is checked by airbnb which takes 5 days maybe our listing is not published? or what shud i use to get the listing published faster?
