Unfair you are in favor of Airbnb charging my accommodation !!!!!! You've been charged more than 15% and not 3% as agreed.
Your agent talked to my husband Neven and he did not understand the problem and do not know english good, and you do not have a croatian language agent!
My price was 80 € and I asked that in SPECIAL OFFER, the guest Andrea declined and you made a bill to guest 82,03€ without my consent and paid me 66,93€.
This is not right! That's not my price! I asked for 80€!
Who decides on the price a host or Airbnb????
Shame!
