I'm new and went to book a reservation. I went through the Verification ID three times in 12 hours and after 24 hours the system still tells me I need to verify and my reservation is still cancelled. Any ideas?
@Kerry21 If you are using an app, you may need to refresh or uninstall and reinstall the app. Apps require a lot of maintenance. If all else fails, contact Airbnb for assistance. Here's how:
