visa information

Hi my guests need information for their shengen visas, I am in Spain. Has anyone got experience of this. What do I need to send and can I do it through AirB&B

You are not responsible for submitting or giving anything extra for a guest's VISA.  They need to figure it out on their end.  They can use the basic Airbnb reservation confirmation they will receive automatically upon booking.

To be picky, VISA is a credit card.

They have the AirBnb confirmation once they book, thing that would worry me would be cancelling if they do not get their visa.

You have a moderate cancellation clause so they can get their money back less fees if the cancel more than 5 days out.

"VISA" is simply a word that has been capitalized - to be picky.  The company happens to use it in that format.

@David126 does it really matter if VISA is a trademark? 

What matters is that we help @Dawn8 with her query.

I am sure Dawn understands whether the word,  it is capitalised or not 🙂
