We live in tasmania, and are thinking to buy a holiday house (on mortgage) that could be used for an Airbnb when we are not living there. I need to get insight ftom you on whether the property will be of interests of tourists, and how to start with Airbnb. the following is the information:
*waterfront and private jetty (fishing/kayak)
*neat updated 3beds
*located at the end of 8000m2 parcel of land, so far from neigbour
*enroute (30 mins) to Port Arthur main tourist destination; 40 mins to airport, 60mins to Hobart
*rainwater tank
