We arrived to our place yesterday and next day from 7:00 in the morning the renovation started. I am working remotely so It was impossible to work from that place ( i have recorded how loud it was), not mentioning having a calls with clients or do presentation online. I want to have a full refund for this place.

As it says on your booking confirmation if your listing is not as described contact your host and ask them to resolve the issue and if they can't/won't ask Airbnb to cancel the booking You need to do this within 24 hours of your check in.
I presume you told the host you would be working from the apartment so they would know you need a quiet space.
Not clear from your post whether it is your host or others who are carrying out renovations?
Message your host on the Airbnb platform and call Airbnb too so there is a record.

I agree, if the hosts didn't tell you of the renovations before your arrival, you should contact airbnb to be rebooked at a different place and get a refund.
@Aleksandra116, not nice experience for sure. But did the host know in advance that there will be renovation started? I’m afraid that I will be facing the same situation but as a host. We had works in the entrance planned for late spring but I just heard today that they may come tomorrow, on Saturday! My guests just checked in... For sure I’ll do my best not to disturb my guests. But there was no way to say something in advance.
