what are accommodation fees?

I noticed that only 50% of the accommodation fees are refundable. What are accommodation fees?

@Cece5, Acccomodation fees are the tariff which you pay to the host for your accommodation.

If you cancel, you may receive 50% returned from the money you were charged by the host.

You will not be refunded any money service fees paid to Airbnb for assisting you to locate and reserve the accommodation.
