what type questions should I ask to learn more about an interested renter

Depending on how complete their profile is, I ask things like..

1. Is this your first trip to London/Europe?
2. Is this your first time using Airbnb?
3. Nice time of the year to visit! What have you got planned? Do you need any advice?
4. I see you haven't had a chance to complete your profile. I'd love to know a little more about you.
5. I can send you on some info on getting around, restaurants and local highlights. Is there anything in particular I could help with?

People usually come back with loads of info, and they are so pleased that you ask!
