why can't I read an email from airbnb

Hi

I had a problem with a booking from AirBNB so I cantcae dthem and got a reply but I can't see it, it just has the message 'conversation loading' and it stays like that for hours and never loads.

System glitches happen all the time, @Alison210, especially with a device.  Are you using a laptop?  Anyway, you should probably contact Air BNB if you didn't want to cancel the booking or felt that the communication problem caused you to feel like you had to cancel.  Here is a guide to contacting Air BNB
