why cant i leave a right of reply to an automated cancelation posting

new to computors and air bnb cancelations were caused by teething problems when my page went live i realised it was on automatic acceptance which i did not want and my minimum no of nights was always 3 not 1 when i realised this had happened i contacted airbnb to rectify this i believe these cancelation postings are adversley affecting my bookings any ideas judith Dewhurst cottage

I don't know what everyone else will say, @Judith106 - I suppose we will see! - but it looks to me like it would be easier just to delete your account and start all over again. Bit of a mess, isn't it. With the next one, make sure everything is in order and you know all you need to know before going live.
