why does the price shown on the airbnb website differ from the one I have put on my listing

The airbnb price shows as £53 per night. When you click on the listing it shows £50 per night.  In addition the cleaning fee shows as £18.  There is also a service charge of £56.  My listing shows a price of 40 euros plus a cleaning fee of 20 euros.   There is a discount for bookings of a week or more.  Why the differences?
