On my bio page my zip code is incorrect, it's not what I entered, and I can't seem to change it.

2. Why cant I email and ask airbnb this question?

1. You call Airbnb, they will have to do this for you.
2. They don't seem to like to be contacted easily - there is no reliable email to contact them. You'll need to do a Google search for their phone number.
It took me approx. two weeks to get a similar issue resolved. Hang in there. Do call. And call again.
