One of my guests from a while ago left a really good review but properly made a mistake in the star pick, and marked 1 star.
His review cannot be misunderstood: "Top location the apartment was spacious and clean Amit and idan are great hosts very helpful and available I definitely recommend Thanks".
Yes message your guest via BNB messaging and clarify with the guest.
Say you gave me really positive remarks about my location but only a 1 star rating, which is the lowest a host could get. Could you tell me how I could improve?
Hopefully your guest will write back and say sorry this was a mistake I meant 5 stars.
This is what happened to me and BNB adjusted my star rating, when my guest agreed in writing that they had make a mistake.
