60 days rule in Amsterdam

60 days rule in Amsterdam

i am a host in Amsterdam and got this mail

about the max of 60 days rental allowal starting of january 2017... how do other host handle this new rule?

@Nathalie197 that's funny because in barcelona the rule is minimum 30 days.. Europe is a mess

I guess the simple answer is if you are letting out a property don't go over the 60 days. Or if you want to, go for long term lets and apply for the appropriate license to do so.

 

Why not contact your local government and see how it works in your area?

There is a new post about this written by Andrea in Amsterdam. It shows that this rule WILL NOT start in January of 2017. It is an EXISTING rule in Amsterdam.

I suggest you search for the topic in the community center and read Andrea's post.
