A Happy Thread for Us Host's. Share Your Best Guest Ever Story and Why!

We all see so many bad reviews and horrible things that happen at our rentals on this community. I personally just had a horrible experience, but we seem to never mention the wonderful ones. I want to see a post that lists the best of the best you have personally hosted and why! Mine would be sad, but uplifting. 

We host a lot of miltary for weddings and rentals. A military family that stayed with us last May and his guestbook comments made me sad, yet happy I was able to make a difference in some small way. I have his comment added it to my listing photo's to make others aware to thank our military people. They were wonderful people to host, a party of 12 and appreciated everything we did for them. What are your personal best guest stories? We all need a reminder that than less than 5-2% of guests (at least in my case) are horrible that we host.

What a wonderful thread @Letti0. Thank you so much for starting this. I agree like with most things we often share and focus on the negative situations, but don't always take time to share the positive, so this is really fantastic.
