Please provide more information about a "chargeable dinner". How can a guest order a dinner, but make the host pay for it? Are you saying there is a restaurant that charges an address, not a person directly?
I ask, because it would seem best and easiest to limit this type of transaction.
You can request full payment from the guest through the resolution request. When they don't pay that, you can request payment from Airbnb. The request must be timely.
As for a review, I'm afraid that horse has left the gate. There is little you can do. They stayed, they paid, they can review you. Make sure your review is truthful, but level headed.
