When I try to add a new payout method, after clicking Finish, the system just freezes -- no message, no options, no new payout method added. I'd like to contact AirBnB directly but I can't find any method to do that. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

I am having the same issue! I add the bank details and it says error processing your request and sends you to airbnb.comhelp and everything you ask doen't answer this simple request!! Makes you wonder if they want you to click pay pal instead as they take more $

I had a pretty miserable experience with Airbnb's customer service trying to solve this problem. First, someone eventually gave me an email to contact customer support. It's response@airbnb.com. Another Airbnb user shared customer supports phone number above (which I don't recommend since the hold time is very long).
I'm not exactly sure how the issue was resolved for me, but one thing I learned is that their site doesn't seem to work seamlessly with Chrome. Before Airbnb's fix could work, I need to clear my cache on Chrome. So you might try doing that. Otherwise, you just need to wait until you eventually get a hold of someone. Airbnb really needs to work on their customer support and formum's like these add little value if they are not also monitored by someone from the company, as the list of unresolved messages above indicates.
I have added my payout preferences and it s status is READY however every few days airbnb keeps asking me to add a payout method. They owe me money but nothing is happening!Please help. there doesnt seem to be a contact to sort this out.

I have had same problem. I tried to change the browser and did with Safari, it actually worked. So, use another browser to do this rather than Chrome.
