Adding fee to guests bill after booking

I have a guest staying at our home at the end of September. We have two beds and an air mattress but not the kind she wants. She's requesting that I buy a specific one from Amazon and bill her for the cost. I'm fine doing so, but am new to hosting. Is there a way to add a cost to a guests bill after they have booked but before they have checked out?

Yes, one way is to go to her reservation - click on their photo in calendar and booking details will appear. At  the bottom is Alter or Cancel. Click on Alter and then Change Reservation. In the subtotal section you can increase the amount you are charging. Then send this to the guest - they need to accept it for the revised price to be charged to their card. Note that they willl incur an increase booking fee however. So really this is for additional nights rather than 'add  ons'

So...there is also a link to Request Money - I believe, but open to challenge on this, that using this option will mean no additional service charge is incurred by your guest.

@Andrew461,  why not ask HER to buy the mattress she wants and have it delivered to your house?  Takes all of the fret and stress over who owes whom?  Forgive me if I'm missing something here...
