Hi
I have changed my nightly base price but the adjusted price is not being advertised on my listing or showing up on my calender. I have tried a different browser and tried adding in booking dates on my listing.
Would be most grateful for any help, thanks!
@John-And-Maree0 when you say you adjusted your nightly price, do you mean your base price?
If you have your minimum price set to lower than your base price, and have Smart Pricng enabled, then what you are describing is quite likely to happen. Could that be the answer?
Hi
Thanks for replying. Yes, we changed our base price. We have not enabled Smart Pricing.
Not sure why it's not updating..
i dont know if it will help, but i find that i have to log out then log in again for the change to show up.
Thanks very much Linda, we will try that next time.
We manually had to change all the prices on our calendar, but got there in the end!
Hello. I am a new host. In my initial listing, I listed my unit at a high price during a very high demand time. I got a booking. Now I would like to reduce the price for the other dates it is available. If I do that does it impact the booking I already have?
