Adjustments

Hi,

One of my guest cancelled their reservation before they checked-in. I haven't received any money from them yet but airbnb sent me an email letting me know that an adjustment of -$57 has been posted on my transaction history. Why would airbnb take away $57 out of my account when I haven't received any nor eu from my guests?

You did not have it but they did, and were holding it, now they are not.
