Hi everybody,
Not sure if this is the right place to post my question but I post it anyway.
I live in New Zealand and I am quite new to hosting on AirBnB (now forced to stop unfortunately). I only started to list my apartment beginning of this year and just recently I had the BodyCorp forcing me to stop running my unit as a AirBnb. Due one of the clauses in the Bodycorp rules saying an owner shall not use the unit for any purpose other than residential (long term rental is acceptable).
I would like to get some opinions from other hosts if I do actually breach the rules? If so, isn't everybody who owns a residential apartment breaking the rules for listing on AirBnB because I think this clause is on all the bodycorp rules.
I do love my time hosting AirBnb, meeting really good people around the world. A shame that I was forced to stop.
Thank you!
