Airbnb Email Server Error
So yesterday morning there was an email server error from airbnb, and emails I sent two years ago was sent to current and future guests. Very embarrassing for the host as the guests was very confused. Has anyone experienced this before?
I opened a case with airbnb. Even after 48 hours they have no idea what has happened. Very unprofessional from airbnb as one would expect at least an apology email to the affected guests. I had to do this on their behalf
