Airbnb Feedback Form - Use it!

Recently had a conversation with ABB about not receiving a guest message by email and they sent me a link to an Airbnb feedback form -

The link says 'Use our feedback form to give feedback about how an Airbnb feature works or report a bug.'

This is new to me, perhaps we need to start making more use of this form? I wonder what they would make of 2-300 hosts reporting an issue?

This feedback option https://www.airbnb.com/help/feedback excists allready for a long period, only they now added the "report a bug" option :>)
