Airbnb Logo at The Main Entrance

Hi,

My condo managment put up a BIG SIGN "Airbnb NOT welcome here" at the main entrance.

Can the managment do that?

Can Airbnb International ask the condo managment take down the sign?

I don't the law in Malaysia, but yes, here in the US they definitely CAN! You don't own in a condo (HOA) situation here... you own private spaces ONLY usable within HOA guidelines. I'm never gonna be in an HOA again!

I *will* say this... *IF* they are using the AirBnB official logo, you *CAN* be bitchy, tell AirBnB about it and they would force the Condo Management to take down the logo... BUT the condo management would PROBABLY do a huge banner spelling our their name instead of the logo. I would let it go.
