Airbnb Plus have you noticed increased bookings and revenues?

Hi All Airbnb Plus Host

I am about to have my review in 2 weeks time, I am wondering if this program is actually worth while.  

Have you seen an increase in quality bookings?

Do you have an improved occupancy rate?

Are your per night booking rates higher since changing to plus?

Has the plus status increased the amount of time you need to manage both your listing and your guests?

Do Plus guests expected increased interaction with host, treating them like a concierge instead of a host?

An insight into your experiences would be greatly appreciated

The majority of comments I have found are about having to give up on the rights of your listing for pictures descriptions etc, about how it takes forever to see any photos and how  you don't get to choose your photos.  However I have only seen 1 comment about how 1 persons views went up but no bookings, I don't want to make a decision based on 1 persons comments which is why I was attempting to start a thread on if people have noticed any change to their revenues.
