Airbnb canceled all of our future reservations.

We are Superhost and last week we got a message informing us that Airbnb canceled all our future reservations (total ~$1500 earning). We asked for help but we have no respoding so far from Airbnb. It's very funny and we want to share with other hosts about this. Nothing is impossible. Superhost is just for fun. Cheers.

what email did you mention about? from Airbnb?? nothing. just canceled reservation in our "reservations" item

What was the outcome from this and did you find out what has caused it? I am in the same situation with no answers.  We just had almost 30,000 dollars worth of reservations cancelled after being superhosts for almost 3 years. I am at a complete loss
